The programme sets no fixed timetable. You receive lasting access to the recordings and progress at a pace that fits your commitments. What follows is the recommended route, from your first encounter with the material through to readiness for client work.
Establishing the foundations
- 1. Familiarise yourself with the course format and the resources provided
- 2. Study the module covering rights and the intake of source material
- 3. Review the templates and checklists supplied with the programme
Applying the workflow
- 1. Work with the licensed practice recordings prepared for training
- 2. Produce the transcript and the content map for a full episode
- 3. Write a complete set of episode notes together with a summary
Raising the quality standard
- 1. Run a full quality review over the output from Phase 2
- 2. Verify every quotation, link and attribution against the source
- 3. Assemble a content package ready for client approval
Preparing to offer the service
- 1. Define your scope of service and terms of engagement
- 2. Prepare finished samples for your professional portfolio
- 3. Establish your working process and your pricing structure
Entry requirements
The programme is written for people with no previous background in content marketing or professional writing. You will need the following:
- A computer with a reliable internet connection
- The ability to read and write fluently in English
- A willingness to work independently and adopt new methods
- A few hours each week for study and structured practice
